Email client candidate’s resume along with brief list of skills, salary requirements, motivations for new career and other pertinent info.
Offer
Deliver offer to candidate and negotiate offer.
Onboarding
Continue to speak with candidate between acceptance and start date answering all questions and making the transition as smooth as possible.
